The builder visited today, and measured up the loft space to enable them to order the wood. Apparently this should be here tomorrow, and they may start work tomorrow, Thursday or Monday (the dormer is going to be a 2 day build, so they don't want day 1 to be a Friday).
He also left the first few bits for the build...
