Day 22 - Second Fix Joinery Starts...

Almost all of the plastering is now done on the top floor, and the stairs should be done tomorrow - above and below!

The only plastering left then will be the skim over the boxing in for the pipes in the small bedroom on the middle floor (the pipes aren't in yet!), and making good in the existing bathroom.

We have most of the skirting boards in the top floor bedroom, and also in the office. There are now also doorframes on both of these rooms.

The new gable wall has also been started. The bricks are slightly more orange than the originals, but the front face has a random black stipple effect on which helps them blend in pretty well. The black dyed mortar matches perfectly.

We've also got the first item in the shower room. Okay, so it's just placed for now, but it give a good idea of where we're going to end up.
